My Legal Pal was founded by Prakhar Rai, an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India and an alumnus of the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, with a Master of Business Laws and over ten years of experience advising startups, technology companies, and SMEs across India, the UAE, the UK, and Southeast Asia. He leads a team of qualified lawyers across contracts, corporate, IP, and disputes.

We have deep India expertise, and we advise on and coordinate work across the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the UAE, Singapore, and Australia. Company registration in India is a fully live service, with other jurisdictions advised on and coordinated.

Founders’ agreements and similar take 2 to 4 days, shareholders’ agreements 3 to 6 days, and company registration in India 7 to 15 working days once documents are ready.
