Prakhar Rai is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India and the founder of My Legal Pal. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Business Laws from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, one of the country’s foremost law schools, and brings 10+ years of experience to the firm.
Over the past decade, Prakhar has advised startups, technology companies, SMEs, and individual entrepreneurs across India, the UAE, the United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia. His work centres on commercial contracts, corporate structuring, and intellectual property, with a particular focus on the cross-border questions that growing businesses face when they operate in more than one country.
He founded My Legal Pal on a simple conviction: that high-quality legal support should be clear, fairly priced, and genuinely accessible, and that the businesses building across borders deserve counsel built for that world rather than adapted reluctantly to it. He leads the firm’s work and its team of qualified lawyers across contracts, corporate, IP, and disputes.
