Why U.S.-Specific Drafting Matters
American law varies dramatically from state to state. A contract that is enforceable in Texas may be void in California, and a privacy policy built for one state may fail another. Every U.S. document we draft is built on the federal and state law that actually governs your business, not adapted from a generic template.
We don’t just draft documents. We design structures. We anticipate regulatory exposure, from at-will employment and state non-compete rules to Delaware corporate standards and CCPA privacy law, and align them with how your business actually operates.
Serving founders, investors, and businesses across the United States, including Delaware, California, New York, Texas, and Florida.
Because building in America demands more than paperwork. It demands architecture.
