What is Trademark Class 14?
Class 14 is a goods class covering precious metals and their alloys, jewellery, precious and semi-precious stones, and horological and chronometric instruments such as watches and clocks. It includes fine and fashion jewellery, gemstones, and timepieces.
The theme is precious materials and adornment plus timepieces. Common metals, by contrast, are Class 6; the precious ones and the jewellery made from them are Class 14.
